The best oatmeal pancakes you’ll ever eat. No dairy, no eggs. Can’t call them vegan though as there’s honey in them. But can be replaced with agave syrup.
INGREDIENTS
160g Porridge oats
1tbsp honey
50g Brazil nuts
1 ripe banana
350ml coconut milk
1tsp baking powder
Combine all the ingredients in your food processor (I used nutribullet) and the mixture is ready. For best results cook with coconut oil.
